[WATER VIRUS]

PUBLIC ADVISORY FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH

The Ministry has additional findings regarding the health situation that the region is currently experiencing.

We are confirming that indeed, the incidents have been caused by a virus. We are currently studying the virus very closely and intensively. But so far, this is what we know.

The rota virus is a new strain that has never seen before. It originated in Wells District, were the first cases of infection were found.

The virus is transmitted through airborne and droplet routes, and is only passed among men.

The first main sign is an extreme feeling of body heat. Affected men are reported to be taking baths every hour. Also, they prefer being shirtless or naked.

After a week of being infected, the men will feel dehydrated. They are reported to desire drinking large volumes of water. 

After a month, infected men will find bodies of water where they can submerge in for hours. 

They also seemed to demonstrate psychotic behavior. They would lose their ability to demonstrate communicative behavior that they used to have. They get paranoid delusions of burning if they step out of the water. 

Later, they can be seen swimming like tadpoles. And if two infected men meet in the water, they kiss and then mate. They share mutual oral sex. And when they have reached the point of ejaculation, they would ingest each other's semen. Then they continue swimming and find another mate.

The ministry is yet to find the cure to this dreaded disease.
